This audio clip was the first hit of the night. It was very strange for several reasons. First, it was an actual voice phenomena or VP. On this particular night we had three teams; one in the house (Dawn, Rich & Adria), one in the garage (Donny and Dylan), and one at the command center (James and Todd in the GHC-RV) monitoring the DVR system.  James radio's to Donny in the garage to ask him to check on the camera. This is the conversation you will hear:

Donny (radio): How is that...how is that looking now?
James (radio): Um, like a snow storm!
Dylan: A snow storm?
Donny (radio):Is that right? Can you check it on your end?
James (radio): I'll let you know if we see any other issues with it.
Donny (radio): Um, its interesting that you...we're getting a couple of little hits in the garage just before you said all that, so I'm wondering if that might be something, so, okay, Dylan just fixed the connection. How is that looking now?
James (radio): That looks good, I was just gonna let you know that we are now completely set. We're still gonna let you know if there is anything else.
Donny (radio): Rodger that.
Donny: Interesting.

Donny (radio): How is that...how is that looking now?
James (radio): Um, like a snow storm!
Dawn: Hmm....Great
VP (Radio): Ha...ha...ha...ha...ha!
James (Radio):...out in the garage, but...
James (Radio): I'll let you know if we see any other issues with it.

Notice that the conversation came through different right after James' comment "Like a snow storm." Then resumes the conversation after James says, "I'll let you know if we see any other issues with it"

Stanley Hotel, In the Manor House, April 2010

217

This was Dylan's (Junior Team Lead Investigator) first trip to the Stanley Hotel. Dylan's knowledge of the hotel is only that there are reports of ghosts at this location and the Steven King connection. We did not inform him of where the reports are located. As a matter of fact, during this trip, we were not allowed in the area of Room 217 because that half of the hotel was being remodeled. In this clip Dylan is walking around the manor house with Donny and Dawn and two 4-year-old's. You'll hear a lot of foot traffic from all of us walking up the stairs. There was no one else around. You'll hear the 4-year-old talking in the background to Dawn. Dylan will ask the ghosts to say his name, then immediately following are voices that were not ours. One voice, possibly female says "217". Then another, a male voice says, very clearly "217". Then possibly a third male voice says, "217". Dylan did not hear them at the time.

This next clip is the same thing, just Donny's recorder, that also captured the same 217...217...217. You'll hear Donny sigh just after the last 217. At the tail end of the clip you can hear Dawn talking. None of the voices match ours.

Gho...Ghost?

This is a clip of one of the 4-year-old's who insisted on talking to the ghosts. He is walking down a long hallway in the Manor House. He walked to the end of the hall and back with the digital recorder. You will hear him say, "Ghost, will you come and meet me?" Then he takes a few more steps and gets startled by something that we could not identify. Then he carries on by saying, "Gho..ghost?" The last thing you hear is a sound, that could be interpreted as saying, "Hey". We would venture to say it is a vocal sound that we did not hear at the time. (FYI: We do not suggest that you take children with you on a ghost hunt. This was a family trip to the Stanley to learn about it's history. We just happened to bring the digital recorder along with us and are just sharing what we've captured.)

Eagles Lodge, In the Bar, April 2010

We Are Here

In this clip, Rich and Adria were in the main bar area alone while the entire team was in another room quite a distance away. Rich was imploring the entities to communicate with them because the investigation was ending for the night. You will hear Rich say "You've gotta help us out and let us know you're here". Then you might hear, "We are here". This one is difficult for some to hear as the fan for the heating system was going at the time.

Below are the numerous responses that we received at the Eagles Lodge through the use of a Ghost/Spirit Box. This was a very rapid conversation and a great example of valid responses received using a Ghost/Spirit Box.
